Spay & Neuter Clinic Requirements
Dogs
Age: Minimum of 4 months old/Maximum of 5 years old
If Miniature Breed (ie. poodle/yorkie/shitzu) 6 months old
Vaccinations: Must be current & be able to provide records
Puppies must have minimum of (2) DHLPP-distemper/parvo shots
Rabies Vaccinations can be done at time of surgery
Limitations
DO NOT spay/neuter dogs over 5 years of age
DO NOT spay/neuter dogs that are aggressive
Cats
Age: Minimum of 4 months old/Maximum of 5 years old
Vaccinations: Must be current & be able to provide records
Kittens/Cats must have minimum of (2) RCP
Rabies Vaccinations can be done at time of surgery
Limitations
DO NOT spay/neuter cats over 5 years of age
DO NOT spay/neuter cats that are aggressive or feral
