VOLUNTEER GUIDELINES
Our Saturday Volunteer Orientations have resumed. For more information on how to sign up please click HERE
Families are now welcome to volunteer at the Ranch again. ALL members of the family must attend an Orientation prior to volunteering (including the kiddos)
Once you have attended a Saturday morning Volunteer Orientation, we can't wait for you to get started at the Ranch. We have so many opportunities! Whether you prefer walking dogs, or socializing with the cats and kittens in the Cattery, we are so excited you will be joining us!
The Ranch is an outdoor/indoor facility. As there are animals of all sizes, ages and temperaments on the Ranch, we ask that you please check in with the Ranch Team when you arrive.
For the safety of the animals, volunteers and staff, we have the following guidelines for our volunteers:

DRESS CODE

Long pants or mid-thigh length shorts
(no short-shorts) -
Close-toed shoes (no flip-flops, sandals, or Ugg style boots)

No see through or revealing clothing
-
T-shirt style shirts are recommended
-
Dress in layers during the cooler months
-
Bring sunscreen!
WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU

Great attitude and a smile!

Bottled water (hydration is important!)

Snacks (especially if you will be at the Ranch
for a few hours) -
Sunscreen (especially during the summer)

Treats (our pets are on diets and are well fed)

Personal pets of any kind

Electronic devices (we have plenty to keep you busy!)

No ear buds/headphones allowed - this is for your safety and the animals.
